Our Winter Music Spectacular

Thank you to the parents for supporting your young musicians in their preparations and performance on the night. The value of public performance cannot be underplayed. Any adult who has experienced the terror of speaking before an audience will know how important it is to learn the skills to be able to do so with confidence. Every time your child performs they gain a little more of this knowledge.

Thank you to the teachers who are so supportive of the Music Program and the need for students to have last-minute rehearsals in order to be fully prepared. A special thank you to the teachers who came along to support their students on the night.

Thank you to Mrs Rowley and Mrs Robertson for flawless Stage and Lighting Management.

Thank you to Mrs Quilty and Mr Castles for sharing their wonderful musical talents on the piano and guitar, providing expert leadership for the students to follow.

Thank you and Congratulations to every student who chose to 'Go For More' and was willing to put in the little extra effort to be truly entertaining. I am so proud of every single one of you. Every student made a valuable contribution, even those who were unable to attend on the night; they made a special contribution by being willing to take part in all rehearsals and support the ensemble, though they knew they wouldn't be able to attend the final performance.
